Born on September 21, 1987, in Istanbul, Can Sarıçoban completed his bachelor's degree in chemistry in 2008, followed by an internship at BASF in Germany, before settling in Paris, France, where he would live for five years. He embarked on his linguistic journey at Cours de Civilisation Française, and cultivated his cinematic craft at Conservatoire libre du cinéma français. Continuing his artistic education, he pursued a master's degree at the SPEOS Photographic Institute, supported by Magnum Photos and renowned fashion photographer Paolo Roversi. During his student years, he honed his skills as a backstage photographer at Paris Fashion Week. His artistic expression culminated in his first personal exhibition in Paris, 2013; entitled 'Le Paysage de la Solitude,' featuring scenes from various parks in Paris. Returning to Istanbul in 2014, Can Sarıçoban took phd courses in photography at MSGSÜ for a year. Since 2014, working with Gama Gallery, the artist has put his signature on nine different solo exhibition projects, and his works have been showcased in numerous domestic and international fairs and organizations, including Contemporary Istanbul, FotoIstanbul, Fotofever Paris, and Context Art Miami. In 2019, he completed his degree in philosophy, continuing his academic career in the field. After completing  second master's degree  in philosophy at Yıldız Technical University (2023), he commenced his pHd in Philosophy at Istanbul University, 2024. An engaging speaker at various seminars and a published writer in magazines, Can Sarıçoban's debut novel 'Dreams and Nothingness' was published in 2020, followed by his second novel 'Dialectical Dreams' in 2022."
